“I give WisePal FIVE STARS!!!! Why? It's been a long time since I have had this kind of detailed service. For a small company, they are big on customer service!!!

After having been with Sprint and then TMobile for yearrrrssss, I decided to switch it up - literally. And I am glad I did.

After doing research, I found WisePal online and contacted them to get the details as I had not heard of them in the past. I figured I could switch my service back if it didn't work out. As a newer service standing up, we took the time to go over every little thing. It didn't take much to switch the account over - and I am saving about $30 a month I believe. That is a BIG deal to me. The person I dealt with (Matt) was outstanding and VERY careful to explain - and ensure - all my data would transfer over. It did!!!

I have now had a new phone plan for about four months and can tell you that although my bill went down, my service has not. I still have the same great phone service but with a smaller company that I am not paying overhead on.
